Do Now: Check out the well-organized paragraph graphic organizer under the pages tab.

Aim: How do we summarize our research?
Today you should be ready to conduct some preliminary research into one of the essential questions of this first unit.
  • How much of our brain function are we born with and how much do we learn?
  • How can/do we re-wire our brains at times of crisis and challenge?
  • What is the relationship between our brains and our minds?
  • How do our brains and/or minds define us as individuals?
By the end of class, you should be able to summarize what you learned in a well-organized paragraph. Use the paragraph graphic organizer under the Pages tab on the right if it helps you to organize your notes.
